A non-drive through, urban restaurant concept adaptation of the popular QSR Brand. An abandoned El Torito restaurant of xxx s.f. in size was rehabilitated through selective demolition of its front, back and second floor. New facades, roofing, and a complete overhalf of mechanical and electrical systems. A custom designed and fabricated breeze block street facade is a nod to the mid-century modern legacy of Southern California.
